shipping policy
we now ship anywhere in the US and Canada! free shipping only applies to orders shipped in the US. if you live outside of the US & Canada and want something please let us know at support@finchmod.com and we will see if we can help you!
it is our goal to ship orders within 2-5 business days unless it is specified you are purchasing yarn. all yarn (unless it is already dyed and noted as such) is hand-dyed and shipped between 2-4 weeks. this allows you to customize your own scout's swag base and color combination! so, if you have bought yarn and any additional items they will all be shipped together in one package. please allow extra time during our “in-store” sales or any/all holidays.
please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly. we are not responsible for packages that have been shipped to an incorrect address, however, we will do our best to work with you to redirect your shipment, and/or we will happily reship your order if it is returned to us.
please note that packages that are marked "delivered" but are not in your possession are not our responsibility to track, however, we will do what we can to help you track it. for the fastest results, please contact your local post office to assist you in tracking down the delivery location of the package by using the tracking information we have provided to you.
