first of all, we want you to love your finchmod swag!

once an order is placed, we generally are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.  however, if you made an error (like you picked the wrong color or product) and email us immediately, in that case, we can remedy the situation and get your order corrected before shipping!  email support@finchmod.com as soon as possible and we will take care of it.

we offer STORE CREDIT on items returned within 30 days. to be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging with yarn label(s) attached and unrolled (meaning yarn hanks must be unused and not rolled from a hank to a ball or cake). the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs as all shipping charges are non-refundable.  once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for processing. no cash refunds will be offered, however, if your item (s) arrive to you damaged please contact us right away and we will remedy and replace it ASAP.  store credits have no expiration and are transferrable.
