once an order is placed we generally are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.  however, if you made an error (like you picked the wrong color or product) and emailed us immediately, in that case, we can remedy the situation and get your order corrected before shipping!  email as soon as possible.

if an item is out of stock, we will ship it to you as soon as it is available.  generally, out-of-stock items/products ship within 30 days AND you will be notified IMMEDIATELY if an item is out of stock.  we do not charge you until we know we can ship!  except for AFTERPAY, which charges you immediately.  if using AFTERPAY, please confirm your products are in stock before making the purchase.

we offer STORE CREDIT on items returned within 30 days. to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging with tag (s) attached and unrolled (meaning yarn balls must be unused and not rolled from a skein to a ball). the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.  No cash refunds will be offered, however, if your item (s) arrive to you damaged please contact us right away and we will remedy and replace it ASAP.  store credits have no expiration and are transferrable.

only regular-priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, items purchased at a discount cannot be exchanged.
