What??? Where has this been all my life? Barber cord is genius! So much easier and quicker than threading scrap yarn to hold stitches!

I went a little crazy and purchased a ton of Scout Swag! I had my yarn with me when I went into my LYS looking for a mini skein to add stripes for my socks. The ladies in my LYS were drooling over the hand dyed yarn and everyone said how beautiful it was! I must agree it’s awesome. They played with it so much, they even caked it for me for free!

This is my go to for carrying hats, socks, scarves etc that are on my needles. It's sturdy, holds more than you'd imagine, and the prints are darling. The interior pocket is great for keeping notions close at hand.

I love my purchases from Finchmod -- some yarn and some notions tins. We had a bit of a glitch with the shipping -- totally my fault -- I apologize, again, Scout. I’m almost finished with my first project, and like it so much I ordered another. The videos are excellent, the materials are nice to work with, and it’s fun to have a different craft than knitting in my hands for a bit.

I purchased 4 skeins (different weights) of Pearls, Chucks & Zero F*cks and it is beautiful. The photos do not do it justice at all. The colors are incredibly pigmented, vibrate yet muted (in all the right places!) at the same time. I've knit a swatch with the bulky weight and the way it feels in my hands is incredible. Bouncy with the right about of squish to structure. I feel this will have the right amount of drape without sagging.

After November 5th, I was feeling a lot of feelings and knew I needed to do something to supporting something/someone. This yarn purchase was a way to help a small business who has been making a difference since day one, working hard to help protect & support those that need it just a little bit more. This yarn will be the perfect way to remind myself that we never can stop fighting for what is right, even when it's not easy.

Storm Surge contains lovely colors in what I'd call a light worsted weight yarn that easily could be used in a DK pattern. Plan to alternate skeins; the most saturated blue is deeper in 1 of the 2 skeins I ordered; variation is normal in hand-dyed yarns. I love this yarn's charitable mission & the TLC shown in packing my order. It arrived much earlier than expected, too!
